New Patient Form
Contact Information For Current Patients
The telephone is an important tool for the pediatrician and the parent. Each doctor may usually be reached directly Monday through Saturday mornings during his or her specified “call hour” time. The call hour is designed to answer any question you may have about routine care, behavioral problems or minor illnesses. Although we are available 24 hours for emergencies, routine questions should be saved for office hour or “call hour”. During office hours the receptionist will relay your problem to a doctor immediately if it is urgent or the receptionist may take a message and a doctor will return your call as soon as possible. If you suspect the baby is sick, take a rectal temperature reading beforehand – this will help us better evaluate the situation. Remember that rectal temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit are normal. Also, try to keep a note pad by the phone to write down any instructions.
The office phone will be answered in the offices between the hours of
9:00am and 12:00pm Mon. – Sat.
2:00pm and 5:30pm Mon. – Fri.
Hackensack Office – (201) 487-3957
Wyckoff Office – (201) 847-7797
At all other times, including emergencies, calls will be accepted by a professional telephone service, who will then reach a doctor on call. The number to be called is (201) 487-3957.
For billing inquiries, please call (201) 487-0947 between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
